Asamoah Gyan was celebrated by his team-mates upon his return from AFCON 2015 duties.
Despite Ghana’s defeat to Ivory Coast in the final of the 2015 African Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guniea, Black Stars of Ghana captain and Al Ain striker, Asamoah Gyan was given a warm welcome by his Asian team mates following his performance in Africa.
The former Sunderland striker was got a warm welcome on the football pitch over the weekend as they cheered him up with a huge cake as well as a bunch of flowers by Al Ain head coach, Zlatko Dalić.
Asamoah Gyan, who was named the 2014 Best Foreign Player in Asia ,joined Al Ain football club on loan in 2011 and followed up with a permanent deal in 2012.
