Dr. Paul Oluikpe, an Oxford University Scholar in Strategy and Innovation and a Principal Manager in the Strategy Management Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria, has won the Emerald Citation for Excellence Awards 2015 for his paper, “Developing a Corporate Knowledge Management Strategy” published in the Journal of Knowledge Management, 2012.
Mr. Edward Lametek Adamu , Director Strategy Management Department at the Central Bank of Nigeria, had this to say: “Dr. Paul is one of the professionals that we have here.
